Collectibles / Sacred Objects / Unredeemed Pawned Goods
Collectibles are items that a person chooses to gather and keep in large quantities, not for everyday use, but because they have sentimental value, aesthetic appeal, or investment potential that may increase in value in the future. They may be rare, limited in quantity, historically significant, or simply personally meaningful to the collector.
Sacred objects are sacred items or charms that people believe have special powers bringing happiness and prosperity, offering protection from danger, and attracting good fortune. They are rooted in belief and faith and come in many forms, such as amulets, Buddha images, takrut talismans, yantra cloths, and various other protective charms. These are widely popular in Thai society and related cultural traditions.
Unredeemed pawned goods are items that owners pawn at a pawnshop but are unable to redeem within the allotted time. As a result, the items become the property of the pawnbroker and are sold often at lower-than-normal prices. They are suitable for personal purchase or for profit.
