Hey folks, I’ve been doing some homework on upcoming condos and came across the new launch at Bayshore. TheBayshore Road Condo Location seems pretty ideal—close to East Coast Park, upcoming MRT stations, and good schools. Just wondering if anyone’s been in that area recently or has insights into how developed the surroundings are? It looks like a great spot for both investment and own stay, but I’d love to hear from people who know the area well. Appreciate any thoughts or feedback!
