Hey everyone, I recently came across a new condo development called Lakeside Grand in the Jurong area and wanted to see if anyone here has checked it out yet. It’s located near Lakeside MRT and looks like it’s going to offer some great views of Jurong Lake Gardens. From what I’ve seen online, the area is getting a lot of attention due to the Jurong Lake District transformation and the upcoming commercial hubs. I’m considering it for both own stay and investment purposes, but I’d love to hear some real feedback before heading down.
